Chrissy Stewart who entered the service of this

Institution on 17th October 1904, left the same on 26th

October 1907. She was employed as Nurse,

Special duties chiefly in Sick Wards.

Conduct. Good.

General remarks: Careful kind and considerate to her

patients.

Reason for leaving. Resigned to go to another asylum,

(sed.) Jas, H. Skeen, M.B.
